You are entitled to request a return within 14 days of the delivery date.
To initiate a return, please email office@magwheelrepair.co.nz with your name, order number, and reason for return.
Returns are accepted for change of mind, incorrectly ordered products, and other approved cases at TyreX's discretion. Only unused tyres that have not been fitted or mounted onto a vehicle are eligible for return, and must be in original, resalable condition.
Return shipping is at the customer's cost unless agreed otherwise. A restocking fee of up to 15% of the total order value may apply.
Once the returned tyres are received and inspected, we will process your refund (excluding freight costs) within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
If you request to cancel your order prior to shipment, a cancellation fee of $25 NZD will be payable to cover courier cancellation fees and processing charges.
